Welcome to Sovereign. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. A work of fiction

Sovereign is a fictional simulation. Nations, governments, recognition, treaties and events in the game are not real and confer no legal status, citizenship, sovereignty, or membership in any real organization, including the United Nations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

3. Your account

• One nation per account in the main world.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Cheating, automation, and exploiting bugs are prohibited.

4. Virtual items and currencies

Treasury Gold and Crowns are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be cashed out, transferred for money, or redeemed. Purchases unlock speed, convenience, and cosmetics. They never guarantee diplomatic or combat outcomes. There are no loot boxes or paid random rewards.

5. Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers. Every price is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests can be sent within 14 days of purchase for unused items.

6. Conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that violate them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you in-game of material changes.
